Mô tả công việc
- Propose and lead call center team member on corrective actions that need to be implemented for quality and productivity improvement to reach the department’s goals.
- Supervise telemarketers in persuading the customers to come to the company’s events
- Work closely with Call center Manager to provide call center staffs with training, coaching to help them improve their skills.
- Work for increasing the call results to meet the company’s targets as set from time to time.

WORKING PLACE: Hoang Van Thu St, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC
Yêu cầu công việc
- All genders are welcome, age from 24-40 years old.
- Good English communication
- At least 2 years’ experience of managing a Call Center
- Ability to manage a team of 20 - 40 telemarketers. 
- Performance oriented and can work under high pressure.
